Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month Celebration at Dining Commons

We’re celebrating our team members with the stories and recipes that represent their heritage in the Cookbook Tofu Tales: A Collection of Recipes from Bon Appetit Chefs for AAPI Heritage Month. Bon Appetit has created a collection of recipes from our Chefs, highlighting tofu as the dynamic ingredient. We will be featuring the recipes of Bon Appetit Executive Chef, Scott Shumacher, who was born in South Korea and raised in the US. He developed a fascination for the fusion of Asian flavors while honoring the distinctiveness of diverse cuisines. He hopes you enjoy his recipe of Chinese BBQ Tofu with Udon Noodles and Orange Sauce to be served at PUC Dining Commons on Thursday, May 15th for dinner.
